We assess factories in terms of: product range, quality of the products, production capacity, facilities, financial capability, technology orientation, man power, working conditions, managerial efficiency and the overall quality policy of the vendors. Once our initial assessment is conducted, we exchange information with our principals and make an informed decision in approving selected vendors.

We provide samples that are developed to incorporate colors, fabrics and styles based on the requirements of our buyers. We manufacture samples in quantities as required by our customers. By offering this essential service, we sharpen the marketing efforts of our buyers in their region by giving them an edge over their competition.

We offer a complete service of quality control and product inspection on all products and accessories for our clients. HEMMTEX's technical team performs quality control and inspections at various factories before and during production in order to guarantee that all measurements, cuttings, finishes and overall performance are as per the clients requirements. A final inspection is made on a determined percentage of the complete order before shipping; upon request, this inspection can be made on the complete order (100%). A detailed quality control report is always released after each inspection.

Fabrics
As per our client's request, we work with authorized facilities which carry out inspections and chemical analyses on selected fabrics before they can be cut and used for production

We have an experienced team performing manual inspections on products. We inspect each fabrics, colors, accessories individually, eliminating defects where necessary. It is very important to manually check that the hand feel and color meets the approved standards. We see that the garmets are selected and divided into 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice groups which are marked and signed accordingly by the inspector so that when they arrive at the designated factory, they are ready to start the cutting process and proceed into production.

Status report is based on multi-state inspection and transmitted to the buyers. The production progress is analyzed in relation to delivery terms and suitable course of action is taken to ensure that goods are delivered in time. Consignments are readied for shipment only if they match up-to the standards required by our buyers.

Shipping documents are checked as per the buyer’s instruction and the copy documents are sent to buyers well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancies.

We scrutinize prices quoted by our factory as well as the other suppliers and with our own experience of the cost structure in the sweater, obtain the most realistic prices from them.
